How do I upload my run data?

Click the green browse button in the upload your run data section of the home screen. You will be able to browse for the location of the data files (.dat) that you have transferred from your PROTEAN^® i12^™ IEF Cell.

Where do I get the file format for my run data?

The PROTEAN^® i12^™ IEF Cell generates data in the .dat file format. These files can be transferred from the PROTEAN^® i12^™ IEF Cell via a USB flash drive.

Do you have any sample data files that I can use?

Yes.  Below are links to two sample data files.  Right-click on the link and save the file to your computer.  Then, go back to the i12 Reporter homepage and upload the sample run data.
