PrimePCR pathway plates allow for gene expression profiling or investigation of differentially expressed genes within a specific pathway. Gene targets for each pathway were ranked and compared according to frequency of gene expression changes in transcriptome studies and popularity in overall and current research. For pathways with a large number of gene targets, multiple tiered plates are available. Tier 1 plates represent the highest ranked targets with subsequent tiers containing the lower ranked or less well characterized targets.

Reference genes are used in relative gene expression analyses to normalize for variation in the amount of input messenger RNA (mRNA) between samples. For accurate quantitation, it is important to use one or more reference genes that are known not to change expression as a result of the experimental treatment or condition. To aid in this, we have designed 96-well and 384-well reference panels with a set of commonly used reference genes. These panels can be used to evaluate and identify the most suitable reference genes for your sample of interest.

PrimePCR lncRNA qPCR arrays enable gene expression analysis of noncoding targets related to particular disease states or biological processes. Array targets are enriched based upon a thorough bioinformatic analysis of gene expression modulation associating coregulated lncRNA targets. Target lists for each array topic are also carefully reviewed for inclusion of lncRNAs with well-established relationships to the array topic from published research. Each lncRNA array is available in 96-well and 384-well plate formats which are compatible with all common qPCR instrumentation.
